Bluetooth communication system is ok. However, for $200 you expect more features like at least Bluetooth 4 and better support, so you're definitely paying more for OEM compliance. However, it's based on the Sena 10, which is also BT 3.0, so expect the same performance. The installation went well. I installed the Valiant in the LS2 so the installation video was specific to my helmet which made things easy. Watch it a few times to get an idea of what you're getting into before you try it. Changes I would make (YMMV based on your helmet model): - Fully charge and test before installing. It saves you a headache when you buy an ass device. - Leave the back of the helmet shell inside. The wires and antenna run in the space between the styrofoam and the shell, and the skullcap prevents the wires from going through. In the place where the neck roll wire goes, install the bushings that go to the straps after installing the headset. In any case, it works and the views are sufficient. Haven't tried the intercom so can't speak with the audio quality but callers can understand what I'm saying with a 3/4 helmet at 40mph so that's good. If you put it higher, there will be too much wind noise. I tried to update the firmware using LS2 Device Manager but I couldn't connect. It works, so I don't think it's really necessary. Online support is minimal, but instructions are simple (if you read the manual).
