I like how easy it makes to use all my contacts from other platforms (FB/Twitter) into our CRM system without having to manually copy them over! It also has some really cool features such as "following" which lets you add people automatically but still have control if needed or not - very helpful when adding new clients who might already be using another service such as FB ads etc. There are definitely things we can do better than others so far. For example there aren't any integrations yet with Salesforce (which would solve many problems). Also their support team could improve. They're working hard everyday though and responding well after issues arise. We've been able to reduce time spent managing data by about 90% compared to Excel alone - this saved us money too!!
