and my previous faucet worked just fine so I know it’s not my plumbing

After all the trouble I had to deal with to make all the connections, I was finally able to turn on the faucets and run some water through it, just to find out that very little water is coming out, hot or cold. And my valves are open all the way, and my previous faucet worked just fine so I know it’s not my plumbing. I read other reviews that had similar problems and complained about dirty water lines. Well I guess I must be lucky and got one of the bad ones. The second star is only because the faucet does actually look good, it would be such an improvement if it also worked good !
