Review on Irwin Tools 1882785 Countersink Number 14 by Nick Mcvey

The head is separated from the bit.

This has happened to me twice. Once with the original order and once with a replacement. When drilling the first hole in the 1/2 plywood, the bit separated from the 1/4 hex shaft rendering the bit unusable. I'm a fan of Irwin tools but this product is very cheap and useless.
