Could have used a better case than the extra thin canvas case that came with it and the tripod isn't very high quality but that's not why I bought it. I've been using a Dewalt 3 Beam 360 laser daily for the past 3 years and I'm not very happy with it. The Dewalt has a nice beam that stays thin at long range, but rotating the laser on its mount doesn't even it out (nearly half an inch at 12 feet). They're just not accurate. THIS little guy is amazing. 4 times cheaper than Devolts but 4 times more accurate. The only problem I've noticed is that the beam expands fairly quickly. Mounted in a hallway at about 60 feet, the beam is probably pretty close to 1/4 inch, but still within range for most applications and bright enough.
