I have two sets of these string lights, the set with the vintage style bulbs. My house doesn't have any ceiling-mounted lights which makes it difficult to keep bright. Since i live in a rental, I'm not going to invest money into electric work.Anyways, I have these string lights mounted below the ceiling along the walls of my living room. I control the brightness of the lights & room using a dimmer. I can match any mood to set the right ambiance. You might think that these outdoor lights look weird indoors but they actually don't. The room has hardwood floor, autumn colors (brown, amber, yellow, orange, red), and rustic furniture (steel/iron and wood). The vibe of the room is very simple yet beautiful, and it was definitely lacking until I purchased the lights. I've received lots of compliments from friends and women about my living room, and some of the positive feedback was specifically about the lights!
