The ability for us as small businesses with limited resources (especially cash) is something we've always struggled with - finding people who are willing to work cheap without being completely unprofessional. That's where AF comes into play! They have several levels you can pay at which range from $2-$20/hour. It really gives me peace of mind knowing I'm not paying an additional amount per hour if they're working well under their hourly rate instead of getting billed directly by our customers when they pick up after using one of our services. There haven't been any complaints yet other than it takes awhile to get used to how things roll out. But once set up correctly there aren't many issues. Having someone available whenever my coworkers need help makes life simpler. The best part is being able to answer questions for our customers without ever having them speak with someone! I love how easy it makes my job as an account manager so much easier by taking all those inquiries off their hands!! There are definitely some kinks we run into now & then but they do listen when you bring up issues if there's anything going wrong at first (and sometimes even after). It really has made things go smoother between us both clients which ultimately benefits everyone involved.
