It's a bit more expensive than I thought but given the current situation and the lack of regular sewing thread in household quantities (not in stores) I decided to try this thread for some of my sewing projects. (I ran out of the "standard" 200-yard white and ivory EXCELLENT Singer bobbins I had at home, and the multicolored set of mediocre synthetic threads I had for hand sewing couldn't even do with a plain bypass sewing machine). I didn't want or need massive 6000 yard coils that require special tools to use. This one from Connecting Threads fits the bill. It breaks less, doesn't tangle on the spool like the not-so-colorful thread I made when I tried it, and seems just as good as the standard Singer synthetic thread I've always used but not these days can find more . As I said, so far so good. A bit pricey for the price but if the quality is right then it's worth it.
