What I like: -- This fitness tracker gives me many exercise and activity options to choose from including: a) steps, sleep, BPM (beats per minute), messages, more , workoutsb ) in From the Advanced category, I can select Stopwatch, Find Mobile, Power Off, Reset, and Reset. There is a battery icon in the start menu that shows how much battery life is left, the time, day of the month, what day it is today (e.g. Sunday) and how many steps I've taken so far. -- The user manual has 52 pages of information and useful details to help me understand how to use this tracker. Note: some functions can be controlled by the fitness tracker itself (e.g. the stopwatch function); others must be managed through the app. What needs improvement: It took me quite a while to register in the app. IMPORTANT NOTE: When I signed up I provided my email address but I was unable to receive a verification code within 1 minute (there is a countdown timer). So I resent the verification code which was the same set of numbers as the first code. When I entered this code I got an error saying I can't use the same code twice. I clicked 'Get' for the third code. But when I checked my email, I still got the same numbers as the first two codes. So I had to send him another email. This time I got a different verification code and entered it quickly and it worked. In short, prepare to be online, log into your email so you can quickly access your email to get the code and enter it. before the countdown reaches 0. In my case I was online with the Wofit app on my phone and also on my PC. That's how I quickly got to my code. -- I don't like that I have to remove the strap covering the blue USB port every time I need to charge the battery. Then, after the charging is complete, I have to put the strap back on the connector. - When the screen is on, if I don't touch the screen within 6 seconds, it turns off and I have to touch the screen again to turn it back on. I tested the features of this tracker in combination with the app for about 1 hour to learn how to use it and the battery life went from a full charge to about 3/4 of a charge. So I used almost 25% in this period. I used it daily (mainly checking my steps and heart rate) and I had to charge it every 4-5 days. Overall, though, I find this fitness tracker useful for my workouts and other activities (such as using a stopwatch); I will return to my favorite brand.
