Arrived quickly. There was a problem, a screw on the cover was missing. Robin from customer service contacted us straight away and got it right. Prepare the box for mounting on the motorhome roof. Completely satisfied. Outstanding customer service! UPDATE: We were asked to write an additional review, so here it is. We really liked the design of the box. The four lid screws were located outside the inside of the box, so water can now seep in through the lid screws. The lid also contains a mechanical water stop and an O-ring. We make sure this box is weatherproof. The plastic of the box is very hard but a bit brittle. Using a regular hole saw, we easily drilled four holes in the sides of the box. We mounted the back panel inside the box using the profiled screw holes. When carefully installing three screws in the racks, one rack broke. The only other issue we had was that the box arrived with one of the four screws on the lid missing. We went to the local hardware store and bought 4 new stainless steel screws. The missing screw had a damaged thread in the insert. Luckily the hard stainless steel machine screw was able to cut out the thread damage and is now working properly. We mounted a box on the roof of our RV and it works fine. The box suits us perfectly. As I mentioned in the first review, this company contacted us immediately after seeing our feedback that we were having issues. They have outstanding customer service that is unmatched in recent experiences we have had with other companies. We would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you Lemotech!
