My husband and I do not work with tools for a living. We are however the proud owners of an old house. My husband has collected a variety of tools - some corded, some cordless - and a variety of chargers, which are scattered on a variety of outlets throughout my house.I have a health condition that causes muscle fatigue. As a result, I really can’t use my husband’s heavy tools for more than a few minutes.When I ordered this set, it was with the thought that I could eliminate the plethora of chargers scattered throughout my home. I had never considered the possibility that I would actually be able to use this set myself.My husband is a firefighter. His shifts are 24 hours long. If something breaks, falls apart, or whatever while he is at work, I now have a set of tools available that I can use myself, rather than wait until the next day so he can fix it.Some of my favorite things about this set are that every piece is light enough - even with the battery installed - for me to use; that it comes with two batteries, so there should always be a charged battery available; that the batteries charge FAST - about an hour from drained to charged; that the tools are rubberized, so I get a good grip and am not afraid of dropping them; the variety of tools (pretty much everything a homeowner would need); the price - as of this writing this entire set is only $299! At this price, it would make a great housewarming gift or wedding gift.The only this I don’t really like about this set is the tool bag. Unless you’re a Jenga champion - and I am NOT - it’s really difficult to get all the pieces in the bag. Since some of the tools have blades, I really don’t want to have to stick my hands between tightly packed tools in order to find and free the one I want, so I’ve taken the saws out. Honestly though, if I’m going to be carting the bag around the house, I’d rather lighten the load anyway.I really like this set and definitely highly recommend it. Five stars!
