The aftertaste isn't very good
It made me feel so burp during exercise. This is due to the phenylalanines it contains. I felt very pissed off and when I was in the middle of a sentence I had to stop burping. The taste is good but the aftertaste was chemical. It dissolves quite well in cold water with a shaker. The texture wasn't gritty when drunk. You really need to shake it as often as you drink it. I won't buy this again.
