My initial rating was 5 stars as we loved the monitor and felt it was a good deal considering we paid $375 for it when it sold. But less than 5 months later it stopped working properly. The display port no longer works. HDMI works but sometimes turns off for 1-5 seconds and then the picture comes back. Very frustrating in the middle of the game! Revain won't do anything since the return window has expired so I'm dealing directly with Lenovo who claim I'm out of warranty yet. I just got off the phone with one of their reps and resent all the info to them to revise again as there was supposed to be a 1 year warranty, Lenovo puked. But I'm not holding my breath here. I'll let you know when I know more. Updated 11/24/213-23-22. Lenovo is still having trouble replacing this POS! They drag him to try not to be replaced. They keep mediating me and disconnecting the conversation. Or throw me into the endless loop of the telephone system. Also, the customer service number on the Lenovo scope does not direct you to Lenovo customer service, it directs you to IBM support who cannot help you. They will transfer you or just hang up. If they transfer you, you'll definitely end up in the wrong department. Now after 9 translations I'm on hold waiting to be translated again. HAVE FUN!
