Doesn't work as advertised

I asked a question before purchasing and Sabrent Support answered: Can I use two USB-C devices connected to this device between my Mac and PC? They said that this is indeed one of the intended uses. I received the item today and have: - a USB-C camera connected to the device - a USB-C audio interface connected to the device - a USB-C connected to my Mac. - Connected a USB-C to my PC. To my surprise, neither Mac nor PC recognized the devices, making this thing completely unusable for me. The reason I asked the question here at Revain was to see if this would work for my particular use case, which Sabrent support themselves assured me. You made a mistake, I wasted my money and now I have to return this item.
