The vacuum suction has been running for a month now so will work for a while. However, this is my fourth other teat and none of them lasted more than 2 years before failing. The suction cup loses its flexibility over time. Someone should try a silicone based material to keep it flexible. As this is my fourth, installation was easy. However, I bought it because of its "flexible" neck. It's not flexible. I move down to steer the jet; but a few seconds after releasing it returns to a higher position. I wouldn't buy it again. I would prefer the type that doesn't have a flexible neck that can be adjusted up to 45 degrees. Just make sure the "adjustable" is an up and down adjustment, not a circular adjustment.
