Heater clogged and stopped burning after several uses. Attempts to blow through the cord and clean the wick were unsuccessful. Basically, the safety function kicks in when not enough flame is generated. So if there is a blockage, even a small one, it turns off the heating. It can be anything: cobwebs, a few grains of sand, etc. This heater is not reliable. The heater I received might have additional issues as well. The GloveNSafety seller was unable to resolve the situation when I sought a solution. Do not buy this heater and certainly not from this seller.
