Adheres fine--foam does not stay on well

Got this as an insulator for our sliding glass door. I was so happy at first because it was easy to install, and it stuck on great. The foam, however, was so flimsy that my nails merely ripped it. It didn't even last one day on our door. But I didn't even tell you the best part. The adhesion is SO great, it will take you a full workout just trying to get the sticky stuff off the glass or other surface you stick it on. Usually, witch hazel does the trick, but it seems like the goo was anti-witch. I do not recommend this product, and it was a waste of money.
