It's easy for me as an administrator because I don't have to type everything out manually every month anymore! This program does it automatically so there isn't any extra work involved after you set up your parameters. The only downside we've come across was that sometimes certain items didn't appear when they should during one or both months due to some internal issues within our system but this has been resolved since then. We use it primarily to process W2 forms from timecards submitted through Paychex online which helps us keep track of hours worked per pay period and allows employees to submit changes via a link instead of emailing them each week/month like before.
