UPDATED from 2 to 4 stars. Support contacted me and informed me that Revain had an AWS outage that was affecting their service. Now everything works fine. The only issue I had with the camera/app is the delay in notifications when moving. I can be 10 to 15 seconds. I'm not entirely sure if there is a way around this or not. I also love that it has the ability to narrow the motion detection area so it doesn't pick up neighbors or road traffic, and I really like that you can use this without a cloud service subscription. Old Review: Like another recent reviewer, my app won't let me log in. I even tried creating a new login but it didn't work. Everything worked great initially when I set it up, but I couldn't install the doorbell, so I had to look for other solutions. So it's December 7th and I've finally figured out how to mount it, but now I can't get the app to work. I'm angry and will return that too if I can't find a solution. I am extremely disappointed.
