Bent on the first pull. Same as in the chase pin review on an unfixed arm bent in the same place. However, the screw came loose. For example, the Chase mine was overloaded to 140 ft-lbs. Also, I didn't tighten the screw holding the two levers together before use. So I know the load was not applied properly along a plane. Probably my fault. I had a 4 foot pipe attached to my breaker.
