Review on 🍎 Nesco American Harvest SLD-2-6, Fruit Roll-Up Dehydrator Sheet for FD-1010, FD-1018A, FD-1040, FD-80, FD-80CN (Set of 2, White) by Steve Miller

They are great for making leather fruit buns. I've made several batches with peaches and some applesauce. On my first batch, I tried this without rubbing some oil on the sheet (against the instructions in the manual). The result was not very good as the buns stuck to the tray. I then tried using PAM but that resulted in the buns being too greasy. Finally, I put some vegetable oil on a paper towel and rub it in. Excellent! My only complaint is that these sheets are round and I have a square Nesco food dehydrator. A square format would be better, especially since you usually want to cut the rolls into strips.
