Sturdy Tool Makes Quick Work Of Lug Nuts And Other Fasteners

The body of this tool is made of a tough plastic that withstood some rough handling while rotating tires on two automobiles in my home garage. I dialed my compressor down to 90 psi as recommended to avoid damaging it and everything worked well. The speed was easy to control with the variable-speed trigger. I did not notice much difference between using level 1, 2 or 3 on the torque power dial. I tightened the lug nuts using level 1 to snug them up and then changed to my manual torque wrench for the final tightness because I do not trust torque sticks. The manufacturer does not provide any information concerning torque strength with the corresponding settings.I like this tool very much. I wish there was more information available about ARCAN and this tool on the web. I’m including a scanned copy of the 4-page owner’s manual with this review along with a picture of the front of the tool that has a small shiny circle that I’m assuming is for greasing the tool periodically. I called the support number on the last page of the manual and asked about it. They are researching it and will respond to me via email. I’ll update this review when I hear from them.UPDATE: The product support people responded the next working day to my phone call via email and recommended using a mini grease gun with a needle nozzle to add grease to the tool. Product support is very important to me and much appreciated.
