I had high hopes, but I really regret that I chose this NAS. Setup was easy enough, but the installation process for the software I needed wasn't intuitive. And I was ready for that, but then I realized that all of the software they boast about requires licensing fees, including the software license required to access external hard drives that use exFAT. If I had to do it everywhere, I would choose Synology. In fact, I've decided to build my own home server or at least buy one so I know it has enough CPU power to do what I need. Another problem: If you buy this NAS to use as a Plex server, you should be aware that the file system for the NAS is hidden. So migrating my Plex server was complicated by having to search the forums to find a workaround. This allowed me to access the directory needed for Plex system files.
