DO NOT BUY from Motorcycle & Powersports

I locked my helmet as usual and when I came back I couldn't unlock it. I checked my code and double checked it (I had my code on my phone so I made sure I was entering the correct code). I tried many times and couldn't unlock it. Good thing it happened in the park so I could ask for help. I had to cut the cable.
