Review on 🔋 Traxxas 2970 EZ-Peak Plus 4-Amp NiMH/LiPo Fast Charger with iD Auto Battery Recognition by Ben Diesel

I bought my husband a Traxxas RC car for his birthday. It looked great when it arrived, but after spending $250 you might think it comes with what you need to get it working. No batteries for the controller and no way to charge the included battery! (It plugs into the car but it says it can't be charged that way!) I tried calling support # in the owner's book and the number rang and rang but there was no answer and I was able to leave no message. You must purchase an additional charger from Traxxas (another $50). So I ordered it while the car was in the pits. We decided to go to a local hobby shop and bought a remote control car from another manufacturer where the charger comes with the car and the one we got also has 4 wheels instead of 2. He loaded it up and loved it. That! Traxxas also charges a restocking fee on this battery pack even though it is sold as a main item! Not cool Thraxas. Please make your products user-friendly! You cured me of being your client!
