Review on Fondesk by James Crofton

I like that you can see all of my contacts in one spot, rather than having to open multiple windows for different calls or chat sessions. This is definitely not as robust as an app would be but it does give me all of the necessary tools without being too complicated for everyday use. Would love if there were more options for background images instead of just white space. Also would prefer to have some way to hide certain conversations - maybe even group them so they are still accessible but don't show up until clicked? Still working out the kinks but this works great for our needs right now. We're able to keep track of all of our contact information within one window which makes life much easier!
