Installation is easy, the sink is removed.
This is perfect for our needs. Installation was much easier than removing the old one. While getting this far, I decided to go all the way, pull out the old sink, clean the P-traps, make a few more minor repairs, and then put it all back together. Attempting to install this with the sink attached may fail. Be sneaky depending on how much wiggle room you have. Removing the sink, installing a faucet, and then recapping the sink turned out to be a good idea since the silicone was old anyway. You might as well get it right and hopefully not have to deal with it for years if you're lucky.
