The ability for customers who are members of my business (iDentify) or other businesses I am affiliated with, as well as those in our database directly through this software to be able to access their account information 24/7 from anywhere via mobile devices! This also makes it super easy when out at shows since we can login while away from home base without having customer service help us do so all day everyday! As mentioned above though there haven't been any issues thus far but if one did arise they would most likely get resolved quickly by Customer Service Team member(s).
