Stopped working after a month

When this alarm clock first appeared my only complaint was that there seemed to be no way to turn off the alarm once it was on on. Path. But after just a month of light use, the alarm stopped working. As we bought this item solely for this reason it ended up being a waste of money. So disappointing considering how long it took before we bought it for the first time.
