Received the Ecovox 4K trail cam on July 23, 2021 Easy to set up Can easily figure out how the buttons work; The instructions are very basic (apart from bad grammar). Downloaded the "Hunting Camera 4K" app on my iPhone 7 with no problems. Basically, all you have to do is make sure Bluetooth is on to connect wirelessly to your camera, then change your phone's Wi-Fi settings to EcoVox. It's easy to do. My camera is about 30 feet from me and I can do pretty much anything I need to do like change settings, view photo and video thumbnails, upload them, etc. Once I exit the app, I can go back without me to connect to the camera and view an enlarged snapshot of photos and videos. I am very happy with the purchase but it was only two nights.
