Great backdrop stand for the price! Very easy to assemble; I didn't even need a guide. Adjusting the height is also very easy. In the photo he is in full growth. There are no caps on the legs, so be careful when using them on hard floors. I really wish it had more clips; I had to buy more to keep the backgrounds from sagging. When I tried this with just the two clips provided, I had to twist the top bar to pull the workout material out, but that then cut the length off the backing. I didn't use sandbags as I don't use them where something could knock them over.
