I like how fast they respond. They're good at what they do! Nothing in particular that i dislike since their product does its job well. If you need help fixing something or if your computer/network gets hacked then this can definitely be helpful!! It's very easy for me because my IT department uses them all over campus so it makes life easier when needing tech support quickly. I like that it can be customized for each user. It's easy to use and allows me to monitor my computer 24/7. Sometimes I have to re-enter passwords or other information, which can get annoying at times. It also doesn't always recognize when something has been changed or updated, so sometimes it will not work properly. I would recommend this software to anyone looking for an easy way to keep track of their computer activity. It helps me to know if someone is accessing my computer without authorization.
