After evaluating the many options on the market I bought this amp, reading many reviews and comparing different options. I chose this one because it already had speakers enabled. Finding the right speaker for an amplifier is not easy, as amplifiers have RMS and power ratings that vary when the speaker is 4 ohms or 8 ohms. Choosing the right speaker isn't easy, so I thought it was great that the amp let the speakers down. Less of a challenge buying the whole set. I was surprised by the size of the amp. It's really not enough. I thought the sound wasn't that great, but I was wrong. The sound surprised me! It is very good! My boat is a 21ft Bowrider and with the engine running the old audio system just couldn't be heard so I decided to replace it with a better system and this works well. Pros: - The small size of the amp makes it really easy to hide in the boat. The connection via Bluetooth is very easy. The control screen simplifies everything. This is an all marine product. The speakers are easy to install and have hole patterns. very good. Read MP3s. This is a very useful system with very good sound. Now my friends call it "party ship" :) - the price is right. Cons: I don't have any yet.
