It's really just a toy. Old foil has no chance of being transferred in one go. Joints and worn sprockets hang over the foil again and again. And boy does it take a long time to translate. You also have to babysit the whole process for several hours. The natural skin tones of the original film are rendered as a brilliant golden yellow after transfer. Wolverine Support recommends setting the exposure one level lighter or darker. They also recommend using editing software to adjust the color if you have editing software. But you will never be able to make it look like the real thing. I do not recommend this product to anyone who expects easy and accurate color reproduction of their treasured memories.
