Review on Klein Tools VDV999-033 Phillips Replacement by Robert Howell

I bought this Klein replacement screw kit for use with my Ideal Crimpmaster frame because the Klein crimp frame and dies looked exactly like the Ideal and were probably made by the same manufacturer. I have a full set of Ideal Multi-Die crimping machines and wanted to replace the standard Phillips set screws that came with them with thumbscrews so I could change dies quickly without a screwdriver. The thumbscrews in this set were exactly the same length and pitch as the screws on my Ideal crimping machines and they match perfectly. As an added bonus, I now also have a spare set of regular Phillips screws for backup should they ever be needed. This interchangeable screw kit may fit several other brands of crimping machines such as Greenlee, Paladin, Sargent, S&G etc as they are all very similar crimp frames and dies.
