Oops, forgot a bureaucratic problem but found a solution.

For attaching the spoiler to the boot lid of the S2000. An easy to use product, the adhesive is legendary strong. The red plastic film peels away from the protective tape which is impressively durable. During installation, after removing all red tape and gently pressing the spoiler down every inch for 30 seconds, I realized to my horror that I had missed a section! This area was tucked away in a secluded area and only a small portion of the bureaucracy was accessible. There is no way to put your fingers inside. I tried to grab it with the blunt tweezers I had, but it just wouldn't come off. I didn't expect the fishing line to be completely removed and started over. So I used a set of wedge-shaped plastic scrapers I got from Harbor Freight to gently rub between the spoiler and the trunk where the red tape was still intact to make room. This raised the spoiler just enough for me to use tweezers to grab and remove the rest of the tape. The setting is saved. No paint damage.
