1. Customer service for USA - you call the number listed and it's in CHINA!@!@!@!@!@ Then the answering system language is CHINESE!2. NO MANUAL for setting up the system.you get a worthless pamphlet that you can't read for the phone app!3. The monitor will flicker if you click on one of the cameras squares off the monitor and it will not allow you to get to home to then go into different areas to change, correct or figure out SINCE YOU HAVE NO MANUAL, so you have to turn it off and wait a couple hours but you best know what you want changed and do it one time cause the monitor flickers if you say - oh I wanted this instead - GOOD LUCK!4. The cameras have power cords that will NOT reach an outlet - you are placing these up high on a porch or under an overhang, etc and the power cords are too SHORT you have to get an extension, I am NOT wanting to monitor ankles! Coupled with you have these extra cords hanging off the camera line -it looks like cow udders!5. You only offer 33' extension to reach an outlet - where's the 10' or 15' - not everyone needs just 33'!6. The motion lights come on and stay on from dusk to dawn but having a manual would be a great start and a monitor that would not FLICKER to where you can't go in and change anything. I want the motion lights only when someone walks up at night!7. The area with squares to designate on your cameras, - don't change and then leave out of that area because when you go back into to take a square off - once you leave it, it's there FOREVER. unless you reset the entire system to manufacturer's settings!SINCE MY HUSBAND SPENT HOURS TRYING TO SET UP THE CAMERAS with short cords, I WANT TO ASK FOR TWO THINGS FROM Tonton 1) get me a freaking detailed manual in ENGLISH and 2) Send us a new monitor before I send this entire system back!
