great screen first, lousy support!
I bought this screen for a project, it works great! However, when the screen controller failed shortly after purchase, it was impossible to get support from the company. Note that the manufacturer's warranty will not be honored. The only way to get support is via email and they are not very responsive to requests. I have yet to get a response from their support team after emailing them asking to replace the control board.
- Built-in speakers make it easy to listen to multimedia.
- Image retention: If an image is on the screen for too long, the image may remain on the screen permanently.
