Review on Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM FLD Lens: Large Aperture Standard Zoom for Canon DSLR - International Version (No Warranty) by Ha Joon ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

You should not take it, it does not meet any standards.

I tried to buy such a lens, I tested several options when buying, and oddly enough, I liked the sigma according to the drawing as a 50mm portrait lens, it focused quickly and clearly on close objects, but when I tried to shoot something at 17mm, it turned out to focus completely, or rather it focused, but it didn’t hit anywhere (there was no sharpness throughout the frame), even gradually tightening the aperture to 11, the sharpness did not appear . with all this, it was sharp on the target from a distance of 1.5 meters and the focus was exactly in the aisles of the norm. Here is such an instance I got. Didn't buy

Pros
  • aperture, beautiful pattern at 50 mm.

Pros: Used for about 4 months. Good aperture, sharp. Different cons: After 3 months of use, autofocus was covered. Passed under warranty.

Piece goods. Each lens has its own color reproduction. Do not rush to take the first one that comes across. Everything is relative.

Has some pros Bright, great picture quality. Some cons: I chose in the store from three lenses. Image quality at aperture 5.6 everyone is different. Watched on laptop screen.
