Review on Efficient and Stylish Delta Faucet RP18508 Aerator for 2.2 GPM in Chrome by Robert Carter

I have a white Delta faucet that is about 8 years old. The aerator was a bit clogged so instead of cleaning it I figured I'd replace it. I found and ordered this red 2.2 GPM aerator from Revain. It arrived about 30 minutes ago but to my great surprise it's not red but green. These items are colour-coded. Red means 2.2 GPM. Green is a lower rating, I think 1.5 GPM but it could be 1.2 GPM. I opened the envelope it came in, installed it on my faucet, and then filled the one gallon milk jug as best I could. I had about 50 seconds. Then I reinstalled my old aerator 2.2 and got about 30 seconds. Much faster! Yes, something is wrong here! The small shipping envelope says "2.2 GPM". The aerator itself printed 2.2 GPM. But that's certainly not 2.2 GPM! Green is a red flag to me (pun intended). Return!
