After the first order I received a hollow door anchor 1/8 - 1/4. I called Revine, they said they would send it and I asked if it would be 3/8 - 1/2? When she said the article was wrong, she said yes it was correct. When I got a new order it was again identical to Hollow Door 1/8 - 1/4, called back and got my money back.
