I liked how easy it was after watching some training videos since we were new at this business, but also loved being able see what our patients have been doing in their own personal charts of progress as they are seeing us through other doctors or therapists when needed! The interface could be much better with less things going off screen - especially if there aren't enough windows open showing different sections/views (which happens almost every time). Also would love an option where appointments can only run from 9-11am instead so people don’t get bumped around all day long by multiple doctor visits scheduled right next eachother without knowing which one will actually show up first? Very helpful tool once set up correctly. We used iPMS most commonly during patient wait times between appointment slots; keeping them informed about upcoming treatment plans & dates via email reminders / text messages.
