So far the provided attachments haven't been too effective in the areas I've tested. I ended up having to use a ladder and wet cloth to clean my ceiling fan blades. The provided attachment is quite stiff and wasn't removing the dirt. Best I can measure I have 19 ft ceilings at the highest point and I'm 5"2. I was concerned the 12' pole might not reach all the areas I might not be able to access directly below, but so far no issues in any of the areas I tested. In general the pole seems quite sturdy. I was able to attach a mop head I purchased separately to clean the walls, but haven't fully tested yet. Swiffer ends would not attach. Im noticing different groove patterns on my various cleaning tools with screw on heads.What I'm most impressed with is the rack that is included. This just made my day when I realized I finally had a way to store all my cleaning supplies. I have extremely limited storage and previous two wall racks I purchased were insufficient. I used an old over the door shoe holder for attachments. Finally my 1 small storage closet isn't a death trap.
