Review on Qubicles by Andrew Gomez

I love how seamless it was to learn, implement & use this software! There were some minor glitches here or there but they are being addressed as we speak so that's great news for us at first glance!! Definitely recommend if you're looking into having an all in one solution where your agents can easily access their tasks from anywhere using any device without needing additional apps/software installed etc.. We've been able to reduce our agent turnover rate significantly since implementing Qubiclens compared with traditional call center solutions which had very high employee turn over rates (average 3 months).
