Poor Design and Manufacture

It has gar not working. I didn't have time to return it before the trip so I opened it up and had to re-solder the wire connections inside. It was very difficult to get the safety plug out. I trimmed the width of the fork so it stretches smarter. Very bad design and production

EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM: The purpose of the breakaway trailer kit is to safely stop the trailer if it becomes detached from your vehicle while in motion; A reusable pin holds two pieces of metal in a sealed switch and if the pin is forcibly removed while driving, it activates the switch and activates the trailer brakes to prevent the towed vehicle from rolling away and causing an accident
