I am an elderly woman who was not allowed to attend workshops or attend anything that might prepare me for simple repairs at home. So I can't really compare products or talk much about this tape, but when I couldn't find anyone doing bathroom caulking and grouting (too little work), I decided to watch a YouTube video, try it, and order. this tape to drive the grout and sealant. I'm not an experienced home remodeler so I need all the help I can get. This tape stayed in place and helped me apply straight drops of grout/sealant. I've had trouble with tape in straight lines and I probably used more tape than needed and I'm ordering another roll to make sure I have enough, but I think if you're more experienced I think one roll will do the trick for the project . Love the ease of application and removal and the fact that the tape can be smoothed over the tile grout lines to prevent grout from getting between the tiles. He also came quickly and took me ahead of time to the repair.
