I like that it is easy for us as an organization to use this software because of its user-friendly interface. The ability to have multiple users access their own data from anywhere in the world using mobile devices or computers makes things very convenient! There isn't much we dislike about this program but if there was something else, then maybe adding some other functions would be nice? We just recently started implementing complaints into this platform however since implementation has been relatively simple thus far, nothing specific comes up when reviewing what needs improvement within this particular area. This allows employees across all departments (i.e., Customer Service) to log any type of complaint they may encounter while interacting with customers/clients which helps keep track of how many times each department handles certain types of problems. It also provides feedback regarding how well different departments perform compared one another by tracking.
