1. The eject button worked reliably when inserting a DVD into the player. Unfortunately, once inserted, the DVD had to be ejected using the onscreen controls or the computer's eject option; it could not be ejected using the button on the DVD player.2. If I stop the disc in the middle of a movie, eject it and then insert the same disc again, the DVD player doesn't start the DVD player from the beginning. It will be picked up from where I last left it. I was able to work/live with both of these issues, although they were annoying and I didn't think about returning the product. Just recently I put a playable DVD in the player and had to pause and eject it before I got to the menu. When I later put the same disc back into the player, an error occurred. (See photo.) I checked if another DVD gives the same error. It's not like it's played without problems. I did some troubleshooting steps but I couldn't fix the error. Unfortunately I am unable to return this item as it has expired.**Update** Within minutes of submitting this review I decided to click the Get Support button for this order. The support rep told me I could get a replacement or a refund. I decided to test this product again and asked for a replacement. As soon as I get a replacement I will test it to see if I get the same error code. I plan to update this review once I have more information.
