To seat 11-12 people at our holiday table, I always had to glue two tablecloths, one of which was always too long on the sides. I was so happy to find a 60" x 126" tablecloth! The material doesn't feel as comfortable and looks like my tablecloths at the Williams Sonoma Hotel, but it's the right size and earns me a lot of points on my rating board. Once you arrange all the dishes and other items on the table, the tablecloth won't be the focal point, so I agree that it's made of thin and light polyester. Had to iron it, it was in good condition. It had red wine, gravy and other food spills on it, but I sprayed the stains with detergent and followed the washing instructions (no bleach!) and it came out of the dryer like new. I hang it on a hanger in my closet (like I do all my tablecloths) and I have to iron it before using it again, but overall I'm happy with the product. It was wonderful to have everyone at one table for Thanksgiving, and the two tables stacked on top of each other looked like one long table.
