I like that it is easy for me as an administrator of our service provider's account with Sympoq because all tickets are accessible in one place so there isn't any need anymore to go back into each individual client site or email them individually about their issues - they can just log onto symposquare where we have everything posted together! It would be nice if you could filter by priority level but other than this minor issue its great!! They also offer free accounts which allows us access without having monthly fees attached (which was really important when trying to get new clients onboard).
We've been able solve many problems since implementing sypmopaq such things being timezone differences between different countries/time zones etc., getting work orders out quicker due too less manual processes involved & more automated ones created via API request made within app itself rather then creating through website manually.
